Harrods brings yet another Michelin-star to the London restaurant scene this week. For 10 days only, they have converted their Fourth Floor Georgian Restaurant into a pop-up of world renowned chef Thomas Keller’s restaurant The French Laundry. Open 1-10 October, it promises to be one of the most spectacular London restaurant events this year.
The real French Laundry restaurant became well known for it’s clever mix of French cuisine and American ingredients. For his Harrods pop-up, Keller has designed a nine course tasting meal bringing in famous tastes from the California restaurant as well as a few new innovations special to the UK. As well as this, he is bringing in highly experienced sommeliers to refine the evening with a perfect wine for each course.
For £250 a head expect a refined culinary experience, with an atmosphere to match, as Keller and his team transport you to Yountville California with an innovative French twist.
